This page describes how Arca24.com SA processes the personal data of those who interact with the company using the form "work with us", " register " or " upload your CV ", in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Personal Data Protection (LPD) and the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR.

Which kind of data we process (Article 13, 1st paragraph, letter a, Article 15, letter b, GDPR)
Arca24.com SA, with registered office in Via Roncaglia 5, CH-6883 Novazzano, Switzerland, operates as the Data Controller and collects and / or receives information concerning you, such as:
1. Data contained in the registration forms (name, surname, tax code, place and date of birth, physical and electronic address, landline and / or mobile telephone number, data relating to your professional career, etc.) and data provided by the candidate in the curriculum vitae;
2. Navigation data on our website, such as: traffic data, possible location, visits to the website, weblog, IP address, operating system used, browser used, cookies (see cookie policy for more info);

Why we need to process your data (Article 13, 1st paragraph, letter c, d, e, f, GDPR)
We use your data to follow up on your placement and management of the employment relationship and the fulfillment of legal obligations.
In particular, your data will be processed for:
1. Intermediation activities between job demand/offer, research, selection and outplacement activities, training activities.
The legal basis for these activities is the fulfillment of pre-contractual and contractual measures of which you are a part and compliance with legal obligations.
2. Activities relating to the improvement of the services referred to in point 1) provided both online and offline by the Data Controller.
The legal basis for these activities is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

What happens if you don't provide your data? (Article 13, paragraph 2, letter e, GDPR)
The collection and processing of your data is necessary to carry out the placement and training service and to manage and fulfill legal obligations.
Failure to provide them will make it impossible for the Data Controller to manage the relationship.

How long is your data kept? (Article 13, paragraph 2, letter a, GDPR)
Personal data are kept for the time necessary to carry out the activities related to the management of the contract and for the fulfillment of the obligations, including legal ones, which ensue. Your personal data entered on the Data Controller's website are deleted after a period of inactivity of 36 months. An email will be sent to you 6 months before the expiry of this period to notify you of this circumstance.

How we process your data (Article 13, 2nd paragraph, letter f, GDPR)
Data processing is carried out by specifically authorized and trained collaborators. The processing of data does not provide for automated decision-making processes, while there may be profiling for activities relating to navigation on the website through technical tools such as cookies.
Your data can be accessed by suppliers who provide services to Arca24.
Arca24 has appointed each supplier that processes your data as external data processor, with the aim of ensuring adequate protection of personal data.
In particular, your personal data will be stored at Digital Ocean which servers are located in Frankfurt and Amsterdam and AWS which servers are located in Paris.
Your personal data may also be transmitted to the competent authorities in the event that there is a legal obligation. In this case, the processing is based on legal obligations.

What are your rights? (Article 13, paragraph 1, letter b, and paragraph 2, letter b, GDPR)
Basically, you at any time and free of charge and without special charges and formalities for your request, can request the Data Controller to:
- obtain confirmation of the processing of your personal data;
- access your personal data and know its origin (when the data are not obtained from you directly), the purposes of the processing, the retention period of your data or the criteria useful to determine it;
- update or rectify your personal data so that they are always exact and accurate;
- delete your personal data or request the limitation of the processing;
- obtain a copy of your personal data.
Any requests will be processed at the latest within one month of their receipt, except for the possibility of extending this deadline for a further two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests received by the Data Controller.

To obtain the specific list of all Data Controllers, as well as for any further information and requests regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact the Data Controller, in the person of the appointed external DPO, at privacy@arca24.com.

Who can you lodge a complaint with? (Article 13, paragraph 2, letter d, GDPR)
Finally, we inform you that you can contact the competent Authority for any complaint deriving from the processing of your personal data.
